Our hotel rooms were generous-sized and newly remodelled, on the horizon club level. Favourable location, short way from everywhere.

The restaurant was top-notch which offered a more extensive menu including my favorite, I tried freshly cooked dishes. Also, location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cheung Kong Center. There were a mall and a supermarket around the hotel.

The hotel is luxurious and spotless, offering stunning design and generous sized rooms. the experienced staff is attentive, and the location is unbeatable with a four-level shopping center just minutes away. the hotel overlooks the harbor, and it is found in a beautiful area.

Conveniently, my room had a closet and a dining table. Plus, it's super close to the airport, only 0.5 miles away! 🛬

Had a really comfy stay here with no complaints at all. the rooms were super clean and the bathroom was plush. You can't beat the super convenient location, right in the heart of everything. And the staff here were so friendly and welcoming! 🌟

The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the Victoria peak tramway passing by. The location was quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. I was pleased to find that I didn't need any adapters for the connectivity around the desk. The staff were exceptionally kind and thoughtful, even providing me with an early check-in. a fantastic experience.

The recently renovated rooms were excellent, and the dining options offered great choices. The location of the hotel was also ideal for us as trekkers and a group of friends. We enjoyed the top-notch service provided by the staff, who were friendly and welcoming. They made us feel special and went above and beyond, especially when it came to our children.

Limited pool and gym access.

The service at Island Shangri-La was impeccable. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and they made me feel valued throughout my stay. The concierge, Claude, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions about the area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to explore the city during our city break. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We experienced a delay during check-in and had to wait for our room to be prepared, which was a bit inconvenient. The information regarding the minibar was confusing, and we ended up being charged for items that we thought were complimentary.

The lift's mats change daily. The Summer Palace serves delicious dim sum with attentive service. Room has fruit, tea, a big bed, and a bathtub. Thai food by the pool is amazing. The staff at the Horizon Club is fantastic.

We had a great city break and enjoyed our stay at a luxurious hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. They offered us a complimentary bottle of water on arrival and a map to help us navigate the city. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to get around and explore. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, which had a stunning view of the city skyline.

The breakfast buffet was subpar and lacked variety. The eggs were overcooked, and the selection of fruit was limited.

The hotel is conveniently located near Pacific Place shopping mall, making it easy to access transportation and enjoy shopping. It is also close to Hong Kong Park, providing a nice green space to relax. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are excellent, and the outdoor heated pool is a nice feature.

The room I stayed in looked tired and the bathroom area was not up to par.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was amazing! the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled our every need. the treatment room and beauty treatments were exceptional, and the pool with a view was a highlight. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were cozy, and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. We enjoyed the private facilities and location advantages, and the service was on point.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay at this venue was the limited selection of body wraps. However, this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
