We had an incredible time with our friends, exploring the local sights like Ocean Park and hiking the Dragon's Back trail. The hotel service was top-notch. Definitely check out the buffet in the lounge – the views are stunning!
One downside was encountering rudeness from a concierge, which left a bad impression.

Families will love this place
Our stay was extraordinary! The themed rooms on the 45th floor were incredible for our kids, with slides and fun beds that kept them entertained for hours. Plus, the communal space called 'The Hideout' was a game changer – fresh food and a playroom just steps away. it made family time so much easier.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it was worth it.

The views from the Deluxe Peak View King Room are stunning, showcasing the skyline in all its glory. The breakfast buffet served at Cafe Too offers an impressive selection catering to all tastes, with a variety of fresh international cuisines that leave no one hungry.
There was a wooden plank between the mattress and cover making it uncomfortable, though it was removed upon request. Additionally, renovation work caused drilling noise throughout the afternoon and near the pool on a Sunday, which was quite disruptive to relaxation. The lift service felt lacking as I waited for long periods with many other guests, suggesting that only a portion of the lifts were operational.

The Deluxe Peak View King Room provided stunning views, feeling luxurious and well-appointed. The staff stood out, offering exceptional service. Nicole and Irene from Guest Relations made my stay special, sending champagne and a delightful cake to celebrate. Their attentiveness made me feel valued. Housekeeping was friendly and responsive, accommodating all my requests with a smile. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a variety of high-quality dishes. On the downside, I faced a few issues with the Service Center's response time. They sent only two bottles of shower gel when I requested three, which felt disappointing. Also, the lift service needs improvement. I often waited too long during busy hours. Overall, the hotel is excellent, but small tweaks in service efficiency would enhance the experience.

The stay included a wonderfully spacious room with a stunning harbor view, perfect for enjoying sunsets. Staff service was exceptional, with cheerful concierge and attentive lifeguards enhancing the experience. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable moldy smell in the room, and the in-room dining options lacked variety. Overall, despite some setbacks, I felt warmth and comfort throughout my stay.
